Saturday Morning Links

Whew! Thanksgiving break is finally hear, and I couldn’t be more excited. Sure I have the usual homework/test/project/paper madness to complete, but at least I also have time to relax. However, I think I’m most excited about my aunt, uncle, and only cousin (she’s 3 years old and absolute ADORABLE) coming for a visit. The holidays are really all about the loving company!

What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

To get in the holiday mood, I thought it would be fun to do a little Thanksgiving inspiration post. And what better time than a Saturday morning, when you can sit back, relax, and sip your coffee (or tea!) while you ogle over all of the yummy recipes that have been popping up in the blogworld.

Choosing Raw’s Banana Carmel Bread Pudding (I can’t wait for the gluten-free version!)

Date’s are nature’s candy! And I can’t wait for the GF version, Gena :).

OhSheGlows’ Holiday Salad with Cranberry Apple Orange Vinaigrette

I don’t even usually like salad dressing, and I’m excited to slater it all over my Thanksgiving salad

Pumpkin Apple Harvest Rice by Happy.Healthy.Life

Apples, butternut squash, and caramelized onions? Count me in!

Cinnamon Cider Brussels Sprouts, Apples, and Pears by Daily Garnish

I’ve been wanting to do apple cider + brussels sprouts for a while. Adding cinnamon and fall fruit takes it up a notch!

Herb Baked Stuffing by Edible Perspective

This recipe is sure to convert even stuffing skeptics (like me!). Seriously, who can say no to hearty cornbread?

What’s currently inspires the foodie in you?

Have a lovely Saturday!

  1. These links are awesome, thanks for sharing! 🙂

  2. even though i had the Canadian Thanksgiving last month, my family always feels much more festive around American Thanksgiving. It’s also close to my mom’s birthday so we usually combine the 2 and make a nice big dinner. you can bet there will be roasted brussel sprouts, AND KABOCHA SQUASH too 🙂 hehe

    xoxo ❤
